A top-notch and multi-awarded local young leader has made a smile in the faces of tricycle operators in Tarlac province, that is amid the ongoing war in Middle East that caused surged in oil prices.
According to a story by Taga Tarlac Ka Kung, Chairperson Renz Gandol can’t stop himself in tears after finding out the status of tricycle drivers.

Gandol added that he understands the situation especially that he is a son of a trike driver. While he saw the smile in the faces of his initiative’s beneficiaries, he thanked them for the chance to serve.
Turns out, the fund he used to help comes from his own pocket. He combined his P5,000.00 earnings on social media Facebook, and got from his salary as chairperson.
With this, he was able to provide libreng gas to more than 100 tricycle drivers.
April this year when SK Gandol has become a recipient of the 10th Saludo Excellence Award for the Oustanding SK Chairperson of the Year.
