Queen of All Media Kris Aquino has officially returned in the limelight after years of hiatus battling her autoimmune diseases – as streaming giant Netflix has recently introduced her as Chief Head of Insight and Kontent Analysis (C.H.I.K.A.). –
In her new role, Kris, in a comedic role, will provide honest-to-goodness comments and thoughts on the streaming service’s latest Filipino shows, as he sits down with an editor named Earljohn.
Per a promotional video, the actress is part of Netflix’ post-process treatment ad has suggested edits with effects and filters on Filipino shows A Secret in Prague, Blood vs. Duty, and The Master Cutter.

Included in the suggestions, which was called as Kris Aquino-approved, was to turn clips in a snowy winter, making the fight scene more intense, and some styling mishap.
“I love it! Ang bongga! We make a great team,” she said after reviewing the final edits as she gave her stamp of approval. “All of these are Kris Aquino-approved. Watch them on Netflix.”
The collaboration has brought good vibes to her solid followers who have long awaited her return in the entertainment scene.

Netflix is expected to drop the second episode of the series on August 14, and the third episode on August 20.
The streaming service has earlier posted why Kris was chosen for the role. “With my 40 years of experience in commercials, TV, the movies, and – let’s be honest, I was the very first to do online vlogging. This job is meant for me.”
Aside from Kris, his youngest son Bimby Aquino has also returned in the entertainment industry as guest co-host in the noontime show Eat Bulaga.
