The new feature is called Running Mode, which provides personalized music which matches beats to your selected tempo and seamlessly moves through tracks for a more flued, motivating soundtrack.
Think of it as a supportive buddy who runs alongside with you, providing timely cues and motivation.

Spotify has disclosed that Spotify premium users can select from one of the 25 curated running presets and make it your own by customizing the workout type, duration, beats per minute, and the kind of music you’re in the mood for.
“Press play, and Spotify will guide your run with music tailored to your workout,” the company said. They added, “Running mode complements the fitness content already on Spotify, including Peloton classes and creator workout videos. Think of it as one more tool for getting the most of your movement.”
The feature is currently available on iOS devices in the US, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Sweden.

Highlight of the feature is on running, aside from other workouts. Running refers a form of physical training where an individual, called runner, moves fast on foot with a brief phase where both feet leave the ground. This is beneficial in heart health, burning calories, strengthens the lower body muscles, among others.
It is one of the most popular forms of exercise in the world, which requires less equipment than other activities.
