GMA Network introduces a new game show which aims to serve as an outlet for viewers to understand different perspectives, the show having tagline “POV mo, panalo!” will have its pilot episode starting Saturday, June 6, at 6:15 PM.
The People Have Spoken is a show which features 100 studio audience members answering questions about different topics and issues while celebrity contestants try to guess the public’s responses.
Meanwhile, two pairs of celebrity contestants will play and they shall guess the most popular answers as per the studio audience members.
Here’s how it works: (1) The host will ask a question which has three choices, (2) the celebrity pairs will give their answer, (3) the audience will register their POV, (4) the host will announce the response of the audience.
It has three exciting rounds, one bonus round – and ends with one champion team. Adding to the excitement – there are prizes for home viewers.
Heart Evangelista in a media conference has said that among the reasons why she easily made a decision in accepting the show is because of ‘how educating the concept is.’
“It’s something that you can interact with people on the show and the people watching. Parang dito, walang maling sagot, but may dahilan kung bakit ganon ang sagot nila. So in a way, you’re also educating others. So I love it, I love that,” she said.
Heart will be joined by actor Sean Lucas who thanked the actress for making him comfortable on the set.
“Because I’m super pressured from the start. I told you how nervous I was and you’ve always been so warm and so welcoming, and you made it an easy job.”
Meanwhile, Janeena Chan and Tim Yap as part of the so-called “celebrity-peeps.”
