GMA Network’s variety show TiktoClock is set to hold the grand finals for its reality singing competition Tanghalan ng Kampeon, this Friday, June 12.
“Matapos ang ilang buwang puno ng matinding performances, sino kaya ang aangat sa lahat at magpapabilib sa Lupon ng Inampalan?,” GMA News has shared on their website, calling the finale as Huling Banggan.
Televiewers are expected to witness intense vocal showdowns, heartfelt scenes, and performances that will shower unforgettable memories.
Grand finalists to watch for are Ace Espinosa from Balanga, Bataan; Eula Bautista from Atimonan, Quezon; and Niel Briones from Bocaue, Bulacan.
Other finalists are Anna Marie Ricafrente from Meycauayan, Bulacan, and Chelsea Balignot from Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur.
Tanghalan ng Kampeon is a singing showdown competition, which started as the competition Ang Bagong Kampeon in RPN hosted by Pilita Corrales and Bert Marcelo.
The show was later renamed Tanghalan ng Kampeon when it moved to GMA in 1988 and was helmed by Al Quinn and Danny Tan.
The competition is currently on broadcast as segment of the show TiktoClock.
TiktoClock is hosted by Kim Atienza, Pokwang, Rabiya Mateo, Jayson Gainza, Faith da Silva, and Herlene Budol.
