Residents of Central Luzon will soon be able to enjoy luxury shopping and dining destination as the construction for Power Plant Mall Angeles in Pampanga is underway, and is scheduled to open in 2027.
SunStar has shared that this will be the first-ever Power Plant Mall outside Metro Manila, but brings with it the same retail experience from its Makati counterpart.

The mall will be built at Nepo Center, a joint venture between Rockwell Land and Juan D. Nepomuceno (JDN) Realty.
The development, likewise, provides three meticulously designed residential towers: The Aurelio, The Manansala, and The BenCab. There is also a state-of-the-art central clubhouse at the heart of the community where residents can enjoy a variety of recreational facilities and unwind in style.
The Aurelio, 19 stories, is designed with 70% open space to create a lush and vibrant environment that combines functionality with a relaxed atmosphere. The Manansala is a 15-16 stories building that offers a new standard of sophisticated, vertical living. The BenCab integrates local culture and art into its design.
The residential towers and the Power Plant Mall are seamlessly connected through an underground passageway, which allows residents to access everything they need without leaving the comfort of their community.
