The cast of the upcoming TV5 series My Bespren Emman have chosen to spend the Holy Week with sprinkles of kindness: by providing essential items to travelers and free rides.
Through a partnership with NLEX Corporation, the team behind the show has distributed water, candies, and essential goods to travelers during the holy week. An act that reminds people that in every road, they are not alone.
Likewise, nearly 2,000 passengers were benefited from the free rides initiative – a crucial relief and help to augment the budget of individuals who want to navigate the holiday rush.

An Emman Alay-Lakad Assistance was also conducted along Ortigas Extension in Pasig City to provide assistance to those undertaking physically demanding journeyes through their faith.
Moreover, they have held a special community screening on Holy Wednesday at Tondo; making Filipinos aware of the show’s campaign – resilience amidst struggles in everyday life.
JM De Guzman, who’s taking the lead role, is proud. “This is what the show release stands for and proud of that I hope people continue to see and look for Emman,” he said.
Aside from De Guzman, other members of the cast are Shaina Magdayao and Ai Ai delas Alas. My Bespren Emman will premiere on TV5’s TodoMax Primetime Singko lineup starting April 27, 2026.
The story follows Ruth (Magdayao) who was born into difficult circumstance as the child of a criminal – grew in prison and orphaned at a young age.
Ruth soon married Mateo (De Guzman) and their journey would be challenged as they raise their person with disability child.
As she navigates life with husband Mateo (De Guzman),
My Bespren Emman seeks to make a revolution by challenging the long-standing formula of television promotion and replacing it with something far more meaningful which is action and service.
